38 SUMMER ST KENNEBUNK MAINE GHOSTS
George Lord Little House Ghosts
The one place I found Kennebunk Maine Ghosts was on Summer St. It had been year’s since I stopped searching for spirits or unidentified strange things in my photos, as over the year’s I figured I had enough and that it was time to stop so I could concentrate on other Spirit learning’s. It would be quite by accident on October 31, 2017 my wife and I walked in our city we live in and participated in the Kennebunk Maine, Summer St. Halloween Trick or Treat walk.
There were tons of people having so much fun approaching each home with the great Halloween themes. The houses were decorated up really festive for Halloween and there were actors portraying all kinds of monsters. Little did I know that I would receive some images of Kennebunk Maine Ghosts.
The images are not reflections of myself or anything that is a known object or image that is in my home or other places. Images presented below are not added in to the photos by any means and exist 100% in those photos taken.
Some images were lightened or contrasted due to poor lighting and improper settings on the Olympus fe-230 point and shoot camera. All images seen are what i see and may not reflect what your eyes see or don’t see.
IMAGE TAKEN AT THE KENNEBUNK INN
I came upon a home at 38 Summer Street, built in 1875 which was not decorated or part of the festive evening but still the house just stood out to me. I snapped one photo with my Samsung phone just to the right of a tree, then I moved to the left side of a tree and took a second one.
Over the years of taking Spirit photos I knew to check out each photo just in case something showed up on the photo, but it’s been years and I had moved on from that. Something within me decided to check anyways, and on the first photo I saw nothing out of the ordinary, then on the second one I was looking near a window on the side of the building. I then noticed a man’s head and a very faint female’s head very clearly to me.
Not only that but below the heads there seemed to be a word in old style lettering written on the lower trim of the home. Here are the photos showing the before and the after images and a worker at the town clerks office showed me a book where the word that showed in one of the photos looks comparative to a book of Early Kennebunk.
Some of the styles of writing that was around during the time period looked very similar to what was on the photo. After further inspection of the photo some have thought that the word looks like Erin? or Elin? There was an Elinor Little who spelled the name that way in one of the census’s from way back, so who know’s it may still remain a mystery?
The Brick Store Museum in town just recently held a two hour home tour of this house and it’s really beautiful inside. I got a chance to show my photo to some of the workers there who work for the brick store Museum or helped with the tour and they even see the spirit images on my phone from that really fun night on Halloween.
Once I enlarged the image on my Camera phone I knew once again I had been blessed to of taken another Spirit photo and after all these years. I started to compare both photos and noticed another strange image that was on the left one and not the photo taken on the right side of the tree. The difference between the tree I felt did not change the angle too much causing there to be different perspectives and perhaps showing images differently in each photo.
I felt the image in the second photo was so profound that it must of just manifested in that one and not the first one. It would be at this point that I would study both images and try to figure out what was being shown to me and now what looked to be a single word written on the image made me wonder even more was Spirit trying to show me someone’s name?

TOUR OF THE INSIDE OF THE HOME
In the Winter months that followed, Kennebunk offered a chance for people to go on a guided tour and see the inside of this beautiful home. I thought what was the odds that on Halloween I would capture that photo and along with others get the chance to see the home up close and learn some history in the process.
This also would be a great chance to show my photos of the Kennebunk Maine Ghosts and see if others have experienced any strange activity?
That would be the last time, I ever took a photo or have been in that home. But for sure as some people at the Town Clerk’s office would confirm the writing that showed up on the photo did look like late 1800’s to early 1900’s.
I would never be able to prove exactly what that word really says upon looking at it, and while that still remains a mystery the Kennebunk Maine Ghosts will always be a reminder of the beauty that exists in that beautiful city I once lived in.
The Kennebunk Maine Ghosts, Halloween walk and home tour ended and for me was one of the most unexpected photos I had ever taken of many during my search for the unexplained.
